Lucid Professional Writing specializes in working with businesses and attorneys to prepare plans that will be reviewed by USCIS to determine whether the subject business fits the requirements of the EB-5, EB-5 Regional Center, E-2, or L-1 programs.
  1. For Regional Center Applications
The Form I-924 “Application for Regional Center” requires two kinds of business plans: underlying business plan(s) for an actual or exemplar project in each industry category, and an operational plan describing the regional center’s plans for administration, oversight, management, marketing, and investor recruitment and screening.
  2. For EB-5 Visa Applications
The Form I-526 "Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur" must be accompanied by a comprehensive business plan describing the proposed business, showing its credibility, and demonstrating how and when EB-5 investment in the enterprise will result in job creation.
  3. For E-2 applications (I-129 Petition)
Applicants for the E-2 non-immigrant treaty investor visa require a business plan demonstrating that the enterprise receiving "substantial" E-2 investment is bona fide and financially viable and will be directed and developed by the E-2 investor.
  4. For L-1 applications (I-129 Petition)
Applicants for the L-1 non-immigrant intracompany transferee visa should submit a business plan showing that the petitioning organization fits the USCIS definition of a "qualifying organization."
